First world politics. <p>I urge everyone to read last week&#8217;s cover story from the Financial Mail, <a href="http://free.financialmail.co.za/07/0119/cover/coverstory.htm"><em>Soul For Sale</em></a>, which covers the spectre of corruption and graft in the <span class="caps">ANC</span>. It&#8217;s pretty depressing reading, and no quote illustrates it better than this one from an <span class="caps">ANC</span> member in the Northern Cape describing the behaviour of some of his councillors:</p> <blockquote> <p>In the Northern Cape we no longer have an <span class="caps">ANC</span> leadership.
